(a) In the event that Kashibai Ganpat College cancels a course, students enrolled in that course will receive a full refund of the course fees.

2.2.3 Refunds for Non-Participation

(a) Students who have not actively participated in a course (e.g., submitted assignments, attended classes) within the first two weeks of the course start date will be considered non-participating students.

(b) Non-participating students will not be eligible for a refund of course fees.

2.3 Requesting a Refund

2.3.1 To request a refund, students must submit a formal written request to the College’s administration office. The request must include the reason for withdrawal and relevant supporting documentation (if applicable).

2.3.2 Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

2.4 Other Fees
