  • Withdrawal within the first 7 days of the course: 90 % of the tuition fees will be refunded.
  • Withdrawal after 15 days but before the midpoint of the course: 75% of the tuition fees will be refunded.
  •  If a student withdraws from a course after two weeks but before the mid-point of the course duration, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fees.
  • Withdrawal after the midpoint of the course: No refund will be provided.

2.2. Non-Attendance: Failure to attend classes or participate in course activities does not constitute an official withdrawal. Students who do not officially withdraw from a course will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process:
3.1. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to the institution’s administrative office.

3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the written refund request.

3.3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial enrollment. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be agreed upon between the institution and the student.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:
